Bishkek, Kirgizija, 9.9.2009

English version:

Four days ago we arrived to Bishkek, three hours' drive from Almaty, Kazakhstan. The first night we slept at the bus station as we hopped we would be picked up by Kazakhstanian colleagues at midnight or one o'clock in the morning who were on their way to Susamyr to fly.

Their cars were full and there wasn't any other choise as to overslept the night at the warehouse of the station in fact a warm lee and under the eye of a kind guard. As the weather was bad we did not follow our colleagues to the South, we found a nice hostel in the outskirts of the town and now arranging needed papers to continue our journey throughout Asia.

One among many cyclists in Kyrgyzstan

Today it was raining for the whole day, two days ago strong snowing in the mountains cca.30 km away. On one hand, it is ok, we can rest a little, finish things which waited to be done for several days and catching impressions from previous places we have been and of people we had a chance to meet.

Tadej doesn't feel ok and he needs to rest a bit and with a lot of sleep, good food and strong will he will be ready soon to continue the journey.

Currently, Tajikistan and Indian visa are in the process, on Friday we obtain for Pakistany and early next week Chinese's visa. Just with the last one some complications can happen but we expect a positive answer, no snow at the Khunjerab Pass, like Chinese's biggest concern and we are in Pakistan. But now, Kyrgyzstan - it's your turn:-)!
